FUNDRAISING
Recognizing that the Participation Fee is a considerable cost to any family, the Boosters will work diligently to provide fundraising opportunities to afford your student the ability to offset the fees. While only a limited number of fundraisers benefit the student accounts directly, all funds raised by the Boosters directly benefit every student. It is therefore critical that parents fully support all fundraisers conducted by the Boosters.
The following fundraisers will be conducted with a percentage of the proceeds benefitting student accounts for Participation Fees:
June/July Candy Bars 100% of proceeds
July/August Indy Races 100% of proceeds
October Partnerships Up to 50% of each partnership secured
Nov/May Pre-Concert Dinners 50% of each ticket sold
Year Round SCRIP Rebate 80% of proceeds
The following fundraisers will be conducted with full proceeds benefitting the General Fund:
June/July Carwashes
December Madrigals
January Prima Vista
February Midwest Classic
The following fundraiser may be completed in lieu of the Fundraising Fee:
